Shot Blasting

Our on-site shot blasting service for steel-hulled vessels removes existing coatings, iron oxide and severe rust, preparing your boat for a protective coating with epoxy finish. Our engineers will prepare the vessel for shot blasting, blocking intakes and vents and carefully sheeting and masking vulnerable areas. The vessel is blasted back to bright bare metal using appropriate medium, and finally an epoxy primer is applied, plus additional coats of epoxy based finish. Craning or boat movements are costed separately.
