Returns Policy:
We want you to be delighted with your purchase. Your rights to return goods are protected under the EU Distance Selling Directive.
If goods are faulty or damaged, or not the quality/quantity you were expecting, please let us know by email or phone (01932 247 427) within 48 hours of receiving your goods. We may ask for evidence such as photographs of damaged goods or packaging so we can follow up promptly with the courier, carrier or supplier, where necessary. Thank you for your cooperation with this.
To return unwanted, intact goods:
- Please tell us within 14 days of receiving your goods that you want to cancel your order
- You then have another 14 days to return the goods
- We will refund you within 14 days of receiving the goods back (in their original condition).
Please send items and the completed returns form to: Lindon Lewis Marine, Shepperton Marina, Felix Lane, Shepperton, TW17 8NS. Returned items must arrive in an unused, saleable condition so we recommend using a tracked postal service and adequate packaging. We will start the refund/exchange process once we receive your returned items. Please note you are responsible for paying return postage and packaging charges for unwanted goods.
