Shipping policy
We ship to the UK (please note postcodes below where restrictions apply). We do not currently offer shipping or to BFPO, PO BOX or international addresses for web orders, but you can call with your request and we may be able to help. Items are sent via Royal Mail or carrier, depending on parcel size/weight, contents and delivery address. Greater London addresses incur a £1.50 supplement when sent by carrier.

Dispatch: Items are dispatched within 1-2 working days unless stock is unavailable, in which case we will contact you. Delivery is within 1-4 working days. Orders received before 3pm on a working day will be dispatched the same day if item(s) is in stock. Stock: Our stock levels are updated regularly. However, we also sell products in our chandlery and discrepancies can occur. If we are unable to fulfil your order after you have checked out, we will contact you to discuss expected delivery.
Restricted items are those that Royal Mail list as prohibited or restricted (e.g. batteries, corrosives)
Bulky items are those with dimensions or weight that trigger additional shipping charges.
Items such as flares and gas cannot be shipped and are sold a collection-only proviso.
