Advice for application direct from the manufacturer:
Purchase Toplac Plus with International Thinner 100 and apply 10% of this product to the Toplac Plus to help it flow and glow better. Sand the last coat only of International One Up undercoat prior to the application of topcoat with 400 grade, clean off and then apply the thinned Toplac Plus by roller.

Good quality anode at reasonable price but had terrible service from FedEx. Took two weeks of ohone calls and broken delivery commitments. Eventuality had to go to depot to collect the parcel. Not the pp service I paid for.
