Calor Gas currently states that in order to prioritise the return of cylinders into the supply chain for refilling, only customers with a Cylinder Refill Agreement (or those taking one out) can receive a filled cylinder in exchange for an empty.

Good quality anode at reasonable price but had terrible service from FedEx. Took two weeks of ohone calls and broken delivery commitments. Eventuality had to go to depot to collect the parcel. Not the pp service I paid for.
